What happens when someone overdoses angel dust (3 ), acid (1 Press up) and 26 mdma drug press up's.?

My friend had all of these at once day before y'day.. she has had it for nearly 72 hours now, and not wanting any medical attention. what are the side effects? is it deadly? how long can she survive.. She is a 16 year old female
