I have what seams to be a tear in my vagina how do I cure it?

My bf was me and it hurt so I told him to stop. After 3 days I got my period and went to pee and it burned. I though it was a UTI but it's not. I went and check and there seems to be a little tear that is killing me every time I got to pee. I have no idea what to do I'm deadly afraid of doctors someone please help. thank you so much. Also please don't tell me it's an STD I'm a virgin.
