How do i overcome my petrified fear of bees/wasps/hornets/ect?

Yeah i know how you feel kinda. Im not as bad as you but if i see a wasp i stay a good 10 feet away from the hellish things and if i hear one whiz past my head outside i freak out and run for like a minute on instinct before i stop and think. It sucks, i hope you find an answer cause i want one to! xD
