Is it the chemicals in the cigarette that make it bad to smoke while pregnant?

i found an all natural, chemical-free cigarette and i was wondering if that would affect my babies considering i read an article about smoking while pregnant and all they talked about were the deadly chemicals the cigarette companies put in the cigarettes. so chemical free cigarettes should be harmless as far as for the babies right?
