Why didn't Republicans blame all of their previous Presidents for the high population of foreigners?

Living here in this country? I hear them in person often whining about * "all these illegals living here now are just about outnumbering us"!* in a mad frustrated tone of voice. Most of those ignorant people call every Hispanic or Asian that they see *"illegals"*. I've even asked them, how do you know that they are illegal? Don't you mean foreigners? They don't know, they just don't like foreigners *"taking over our country"* as they say. And there are many many foreigners living in this country now, and has been for years and years now. It just keeps growing. That much is a reality. Some neighborhoods in my city have become like 90% Hispanic and Asian no lie. And it's probably similar to that in most places in the country. A White or a Black moves out, and an Asian or an Hispanic moves in. But this has been going on for YEARS and the bodies have been growing in numbers more and more, not just when Obama got into office! And it's obviously because this country wants to be considered a super power with as many people in it as the country can hold. The benefits? All those extra bodies helps in the country's wars against other countries, more employee hands, brings in lots of money to the country (more people shopping), and it's always a bragging right to be able to say that the country has X.,Y,Z amount of people living in it.
