Where should I go for college that's cheap?

Okay I'll be completely honest, I'm a college sopre now, and I want to transfer out. I hate it here at Univ. of Pitt at Johnstown. Me and my girlfriend are transferring together because she hates is here as well. We were wondering about schools as far as South Carolina; Newberry, Robert Morris, Shenandoah. These are private colleges. What do you think in your opinion, would be the cheapest school for an out of state student??
