Whats the point of the hakka?

I'm half english half Australian living in Brisbane and was watched that video of Richard erel standing up to Norm Hewitt and I was at the match where we all sang waltzing matilda. I just think the hakka's silly I mean whats the point you don't see england morris dancing of argentina doing the salsa before the match.
