If you were charged with ault and ault with a deadly weapon?

and the charges were dismissed within a week by the DA will that affect you when applying for jobs. Do companies even look at the fact that it was dismissed? And when filling out an application do you put that down even though you were not convicted? The DA found out that it was a lie and dismissed the charges but it still shows up. What can I do
